Who we are

Chipping Ongar Primary School Association is a very active and important support group for the School. The parents/guardians of pupils at Chipping Ongar Primary School are all automatically members of the School Association and your involvement is key to our success.

How can you help?

- Giving your time: Without volunteers, we cannot run our events.

- Donating: Your donations/payments for events go a very long way.

- Play The School Lottery: Sign up to our school lottery to be in with a chance to WIN every week, while raising money for the school

Charity

COPSA is a registered charity and arranges social functions and fundraising activities for the benefir of the School, including: the summer fair, Christmas bazaar, pop up gift rooms, fun runs and many others. All funds raised are given back to the pupils in various ways.

COPSA Committee

COPSA have a committee is place to ensure the everyday running of the PTA is seamless and that everyone gets the most from the events and activities. The committee hold an Annual General Meeting in September/October every year, where new committee members are voted in and the forthcoming year’s programme of events is discussed

How you can help?

We hold regular meeting where new parents are welcome and we are always interested in new ideas. We have class basedambassadors and an active Whatsapp helpers group. COPSA is fully insured and this covers liability for those involved in School Association events and activities.
